The Quality of Well-being Scale is a generic health utility measure. John Anderson developed a method to estimate this score from the National Health Interview Survey. I have ported his code to SAS. This code should be appropriate for National Health Interview Survey collections after 1997.
I have also provided documentation about the expected variables and responses.
